This competition is open to all LOCAL and INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS and ACADEMIC STAFF from any Higher Education and Technical Institutions/ Vocational College /MRSM /School to present their project innovation which are beneficial, applicable and have commercial value added which are appropriate to this exhibition. Exhibitor from industries & agencies also invited to join this event.
The entry form must be submitted to iiTEC’17 organizers by 15th July 2017 7th August 2017. The payment dateline is on 31st July 2017 17th August 2017. No returned fees in the event participants’ absence to withdraw from participate.
Maximum FOUR (4) participants and ONE (1) Supervisor/Leader to participate in iiTEC’17. Not more than one invention/innovation may be submitted on each form.
Each participant has to Present, Demonstrate and to prepare a Poster for the innovation. Please refer to here for format posters and each participant require to display their poster during the exhibition.
The competition will be held on 12 September 2017 at Dewan Sri Perdana. However, booth preparation is ONE (1) day earlier which is on 11 September 2017 between 2-5pm. All invention and innovation must be located at the exhibition venue during this booth preparation and until closing ceremony on 13 September 2017.
It is compulsory for all participants to wear formal attire during the event.
Each entry will be given a Certificate of Participation. Any additional for individual participant will be charged RM10/pieces and RM40/medal.
If there are changes on title of innovation, team member, please email to exhibition@iitec2017.kktmkemaman.com before 17th August 2017.
Each innovation/invention is evaluated medal Gold, Silver and Bronze and also chances to grab for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each category and correspondingly iiTEC’17 Overall Winner.

The decision of the panel of judges for the competition is final. The participants shall not hold the panel of judges or its members or the organizers liable in respect of any matters which arise from or is connected to the result, conduct or the organizing of the competition.
The security services will operate during the exhibition period. However, the organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage caused by fire or other causes during the exhibition or during the trip.
